Summary:

Inner is about Ott Utabe, a teenager who tries to master his uncontrollable Inner Spirit, an entity which gives him powers beyond that of a normal human. In this world, there are humans with Inners called Hosts and humans without Inners called Neutrals. While Ott develops himself, he encounters an evil organization called Dynamic Inner Enterprises or D.I.E. that is interested in using him for human experiments due to Ott’s rare abilities. D.I.E. does everything in its power to kidnap him, from bribing his teachers to corrupting stable humans into rogue hosts who act like beasts. Ott does his best just to survive in his own skin, but must now learn how to fight to protect himself, his friends, and the society he lives in from D.I.E.’s plan to take over the country.
